Application

The process begins with an online application where clients specify their budget and needs and provide all required documents

Assessment

Our onboarding team assesses each application and provides the client with an offer and a clear outline of the next steps.

Design and Planning

After a successful assessment, a technical team is assigned to help the client select a house that fits their budget.

Pre-construction

Once the design and planning phase is complete, all necessary documents, including construction contracts, are signed and house plans are approved by the relevant planning office.

Construction

Construction begins and is completed in milestones. A dedicated construction manager is assigned to oversee the project and provide periodic system updates.

Completion

Upon completion, a post-construction checklist is used to ensure everything meets our standards. A final valuation of the house is done, and we apply for an occupation certificate.
